Elevator Action
Reader Rating:

The premise for Elevator Action would not excite any fans of spy-thriller movies or books, but it still made for an excellent game for the '80s arcade scene. The player controls the secret agent known as Otto to find documents behind closed doors in addition to navigating his way through a network of elevator/escalator puzzles. No spy game would be fun without any opposing agents to get in the way, so naturally Otto will have to evade a whole organization of black trench coat clad spies as they try to hunt him down. To take care of his foes, Otto has been licensed to kill and can eliminate enemy operatives with a quick shot from his pistol or a swift jump kick to the face.
Featuring simple graphics, simple sound, and simple gameplay, Elevator Action still makes for a fun and challenging game.
