What We Say
This is a sneak peek screenshot of a player sailing to a lighthouse mission. Winning lighthouse missions will change the Worldmap's features. Players will be able to see at night better, certain levels of sunken treasure will become visible and now you will be able to discover sea monster lairs in the area.
A Shipyard is also on this screenshot, Shipyards are very important, if you have a damaged ship and get caught out at sea fighting other pirates...well...better hope you've got your cannons ready.
Time of day is also important because some missions are only accessible at night. The Sundial on this screenshot rotates causing the Worldmap to change colors and shades real-time, its really cool! In this screenshot you can also see a stamina meter, this meter illustrates your crew's effectiveness, you must anchor and go to sleep once in a while or your crew will be too weak to fight. Your ship has HitPoints and yes, you get bigger ships as you conquer new places and get through navy blockades.
In the top left is your Compass, this helps you find out where you are in the world. The [world map] image you see below is only a fraction of how big the World is! The Worldmap is over 1,000 screens and what you see below is only about 160 screens. You can sail anywhere in the world you want provided that your ship and crew can handle the high seas!
