The article's here.

The game will feature classic hack-'n'-slash action in randomly generated, 3D environments. Untold Legends will also include cooperative play over the PSP's wireless connection.
Your quest is to save Aven, a city which stands as the last bastion of Good in a world dominated by Evil. You are part of the Brotherhood of the Blade, a team of heroes determined to stop the rise of dark forces. Choose from one of four classes: Knights, Alchemists, Druids, and Berserkers. You'll face more than 100 different monsters, including giant boss battles.
"We have assembled a top-notch development team that has worked hard to develop a completely original title for the PSP handheld system," said John Smedley, president, Sony Online Entertainment. "The dev team has tailored every feature such as the wireless multiplayer gameplay, stunning 3D graphics, and the entertaining Action RPG gameplay specifically for the PSP handheld system, and the results are absolutely spectacular. We strongly believe that Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade has what it takes to be a huge success on the PSP handheld system."
Of course, we'll have plenty more on Legends as new details emerge. Keep your blades ready.

That's rather amusingly generic. Can they make a game worse than Beyond the Beyond? Only time will tell.

I played this game on the Gameboy when it was called Gauntlet.
The problem I see with PSP games right now is that if the ideas are any good, they'll port them over to the PS2 for a MUCH MUCH MUCH bigger userbase. And at the same time - games that exist on both the PSP and the PS2 will be better on the PS2.

If the gameplay isn't as cheesy as the plot might suggest, then I might consider getting this one.

Why even bother posting a thread on every new game that comes out for the PSP? Blech.

Daylahs, it looks like a PSOne game. You can't be serious. I like the PSP and all but this game oozes mediocre juice.

the game looks good for a handheld. The psone games were not ugly neither were the nintendo 64 games yet you guys fall head over heels on those games on the DS. This game looks to be great and I'm quite sure it'll play like baldurs gate.

The baldur's gate's on consoles sucked balls gameplay-wise. They were great on PC however.

Why are people talking about the graphics? From last I've seen they are still better than the DS's regardless if they don't look PSP quality. I own a DS and love it but I don't ever talk about the graphics because that isn't what a game is about. I know we are in a new generation where graphics are important but gameplay beats graphics any day. So before anybody talks trash about the screens maybe they should learn about the game mechanics first. Yes I am a Nintendo fan and don't like the PS nearly as much.
