So yeah Wii Pre-orders start on Friday at EBGames/Gamestop... if you are of the type who likes to pre-order instead of stand around in Wal-mart for a few hours.

I'll be there Friday morning to put in my reservation, but I won't be relying on it. If EB screws me over I'll just buy the system at Walmart or Best Buy, and use my pre-order money towards a Wii game. But I'm gonna keep my options open.

Nintendo is shipping so many that unless GS/EB only get 10 systems you'll get your preorder day 1. I'll do a preorder tomorrow and if I'm not on Day 1 I'll wait out of Best Buy. No biggie.

I've decided to just go early in the morning either to target or best buy, both within distance of my house. Too bad that best buy is in the middle of oakland. :-\. Maybe some nintendorks and i can protect ourselves through group power.

I'll be heading to EB Games tomorrow morning before they open up so that I can be sure to get my pre-order in. I plan on paying it off in full since I have so much store credit. They'd sure best not muff my order because I don't really have the option of going somewhere else--I brought in heaps of games to build that $300+ credit and I have to use it there.

...but I think things should turn out alright. At least, they'd better.

I heard that each store is getting atleast 30 Wii's in on Day 1 but that could be even higher.
