Its my birthday...
and I'll cry if I want to...
Anyhoo, yesterday was my birthday and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. I turned 16, and got a nice list of gifts:
Family Guy Season 3 DVD Set
iPod Nano 4GB Black
Battalion Wars
X-Men Legends II (This one was actually a review copy, but it came on the day of my birthday )
A few Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts
A new computer desk
$1000 from my Grandmother
So far I haven't played any of the videogames, but I have tried out my iPod Nano and I love it. The computer desk rocks too, and I still haven't decided what to do with the $1000 bucks.

RICH
I recently had my 20th and all I got was like $30 in cash and $40 in gift cards.
Seriously though, good haul and happy birthday.
I just get cranky because I always usually get crap for my birthday.

Actually I'm not really spoiled nor rich. I'd say our family is "upper middle class". I really don't usually get this much, nor did I ask for this much, I'd say it was more of an unexpected suprise. Out of all I got the only thing I asked for was the Nano.

Happy Birthday, and god damn $1000!? Maybe it's because 16 is one of the controversial ages, like 18, and 21.
Id say for the $1000 use 250, and save 750. If you have a job, and you unexpectingly get fired, Then you have some money for yourself while you find a new one.

No.... I'd consider MYSELF upper-middle class. Getting a nano, plus all that other stuff, PLUS a grand??? That's rich in my books man
Enjoy your stuff. I've seen a few ipod nano's, they are rediculously small. I'm thinking of picking up one for myself just cause it's awsome technology.

Too bad you got the black Nano over the white.
Ahh the hell with it, I'm just pissed I don't have either - happy birthday.
