Shadow the Hedgehog Video Game in the works

Sega unveiled it at San Francisco's Metron today.
At the Walk Of Game's opening at The Metreon in San Francisco, SEGA used the event as an oppurtunity to unveil their latest Sonic game. The thing about this Sonic game is that the main character is not Sonic, but his rival Shadow.They played a short clip, featuring traditional 3D Sonic elements like grinding and the homing jump. Shadow also carries a Pistol, believe it or not, meaning this game will have some gimmicks to seperate it from the other 3D Sonics.
There was no telling about the platforms this game will be on, but at E3 don't be suprised to hear that this is ending up on the GameCube.

ugh its a really ppor attempt to add "badassness" to the sonic series. I'll rent for sure just cuz I'm a sonic nut, but my expectations are low.
