Next Zelda In Development Already

Nintendo is "deep" in production.

According to the January issue of Game Informer, the next Zelda to follow Twilight Princess on the Wii is already in development.

"Our sources tell us that the next installment in the series has been deep in development for around a year," Game Informer read. "Don't be surprised if this game comes sooner than you think."

Aside from console developments, the next official Zelda installment, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, will see release sometime around October of 2007 on the Nintendo DS.

Phantom Hourglass in OCTOBER?? I thought it was coming out within the next couple of months.

That is super, super lame.

Good, although obvious, news about Zelda though. I'm playing through TP right now and it's just...unbelievably awesome.

Agreed, TP is unbelievably awesome. Oh, the Zelda for Wii is good too :P (Baaaaad joke) Anyways I hope the new Zelda will release in the next two years... in other news, I hope I sprout wings tomorrow.
